THE PREMIERE COLLECTION (2 Days or more)
The Premiere Collection is the perfect blend of people, creativity, expertise, technology, and materials—designed to deliver the very best in photographic memories.
This package includes photography by Flavio Bandiera along with 1-2 Studio photographer(s), ensuring simultaneous coverage from different locations or perspectives at key moments throughout your event.
With a fully comprehensive visual narrative, your event will be truly unforgettable, and every emotion will be preserved and delivered to you through a dedicated web platform.
Premiere Collection includes:
Photography Planning: consultation and support in planning and organizing the photographic service with Clients and Wedding Planners.
Event Photographic Coverage: photographic coverage of the Welcome Day/Rehearsal Dinner and the Wedding Day.
Photographic Service by Flavio Bandiera and a Studio Bandiera Photographer.
Service Duration: photographic coverage of up to 3 hours for the Welcome Day/Rehearsal Dinner and full coverage for the Wedding Day (up to 10 hours).
Drone Shots Included: production of aerial photos with a drone.
Image Editing and Post-Production: editing and post-production of all images produced by Flavio Bandiera.
Delivery of High-Resolution Images: delivery of approximately 800 high-resolution images within 2 months of the Wedding date

THE CLASSIC COLLECTION (1 Day)
The Classic Collection represents our premium package. It includes photography by Flavio Bandiera plus an additional Studio photographer, enabling simultaneous coverage from different locations—or two distinct perspectives on the same moments—throughout your entire wedding.
The combined creativity and detailed storytelling will make your wedding truly unforgettable. This is a timeless classic for those who desire the very best.

For weddings or events that are intimate, or those with a smaller guest list, the White Collection ensures a comprehensive storytelling experience with meticulous attention to every detail.

REHEARSAL DINNER
Your wedding weekend is filled with special moments, and your rehearsal dinner deserves to be remembered too. Our rehearsal dinner photography service, available with our Classic and White Collection packages, provides up to 3 hours of coverage with one or two photographers. This ensures comprehensive documentation of the event, capturing the emotions, connections, and celebratory spirit that make this pre-wedding gathering so meaningful.

Non-Disclosure Agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between us. With an NDA, I refrain from ever displaying your photographs on any channel, disclosing your name(s), or publicly discussing your event.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY
The Expedited Delivery option guarantees delivery of your carefully processed photographs (receiving the same meticulous attention as our standard service) within 15 business days. If you need your images faster than our standard turnaround time, this service is the ideal choice.

TRAVEL
Traveling is an integral part of my work. I love to travel and reach clients everywhere, not only to take photographs but to experience the event together!
Flavio Bandiera and his team are available to photograph and film weddings worldwide. Travel and accommodation expenses will be factored into your custom proposal, as these costs vary depending on the destination, complexity, and duration of your event. In my experience you can predict approximately:

This fee covers travel costs and up to three nights of hotel accommodation.

DELIVERY
Your wedding photos are a precious investment, and we dedicate the time and care needed to create something truly beautiful. Our standard turnaround time is up to two months (excluding August), though delivery times may vary slightly depending on the season. During peak wedding season, we're often on location, and we never want to rush the editing process of your special day.
These memories are meant to last a lifetime, so if we need a little extra time to perfect them, we believe it's worth it. However, if you require your photos sooner, we offer an "Expedited Delivery Service" option, guaranteeing finalisation of all your edited images within 15 business days.
BOOKING
Flavio Bandiera Photography takes on a limited number of clients to ensure dedicated attention to each event. A deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date.
Payments are processed in two installments: a 30% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance due by the event date. Final deliverables are typically ready within 60 days of the event.

CAMERAS
All photographic work is executed utilizing the most advanced technology provided by Nikon, a leading manufacturer of cameras designed for performance in diverse environmental conditions. Naturally, Nikon lenses are employed, renowned for their exceptional clarity and precision. This enables the capture of high-quality portraits even in low-light environments, such as those illuminated by candlelight, ensuring enduring memories for my clients.
SOFTWARE
Every photo I take needs a finishing touch to make it perfect. I use special computer programs (lots of them!) to fix little things that I couldn't control when I took the picture, like maybe the light wasn't quite right. My goal is to give you the very best photos. My computer helps me a lot, so it's like we're all working together—me, my camera, and the software—to make sure your photos look amazing. It's all about what you'll see in the end!
EXPERIENCE
You'll probably see this when we work together, but I wanted to tell you about it now because everyone I've taken pictures of talks about it. Think about this: I've been taking pictures at over 1,400 weddings since 1991! That's a lot of weddings! I've seen so many things, had to fix lots of problems (and trust me, there were some funny ones I'll tell you about!), met tons of different people (that's my favorite part!), and worked with all kinds of cool people—wedding planners, flower artists, and lots more!
I think all of that experience is super helpful, and it means I can help you too. I try not to talk about it too much, but when we need it, all that experience is like a treasure we can use to make your wedding pictures amazing!
DIGITAL DELIVERY & 10 YEARS ONLINE HOSTING
We'll also give you your wedding photos online, through a secure website. You'll get a special link that you can share with your family and friends. And you can download all your photos right from there, with just one click!
Your wedding photos will be kept safe online for a really, really long time—10 whole years! You can view them and share them with your family and friends whenever you want during that time.
REDUNDANT ORIGINAL FILES STORAGE
We make sure your original photo files are always safe. We keep copies in different places and 2 different cloud systems! This means we use both hard drives (NAS) and online storage, so your photos will be there for you later. Sometimes, even after many years, people ask us if we still have their photos and we always say YES!
